Visit to the “Coming of Age” Exhibition at Euston

About this event
Join us for the exhibition “The Coming of Age”, which explores experiences and perceptions of ageing, from adolescence to later life, and asks how societies can adapt for us all to age better. Featuring 150 artworks and objects—from historical artefacts to contemporary works by artists including John Coplans, Serena Korda, Suzanne Lacy, Anna Maria Maiolino, Rory Pilgrim, and Paula Rego—it brings together perspectives from art, science, and popular culture to challenge assumptions about life stages and consider what greater longevity means for all of us.
The visit includes sensory tools, large print guides, induction loops, foldable stools, and seating throughout. The venue is step-free with accessible toilets, wheelchairs are available in the location (please book in advance), and assistance animals are welcome. Please note the updated arrangements: meet at Wood Green Tube at 10.45am, or just outside Sainsbury’s on the Euston Station concourse at 11.15am, or directly at the venue at 11.30am!
