We are privileged that our member and culinary expert Mridu Thanki has agreed to deliver this 6-week interactive programme.Learn about flavour combinations, food properties, and how to enhance your everyday cookingWe strongly encourage participants to attend all sessions to gain the full benefit of the course.
Members are strongly urged to commit to the full programme for maximum benefit. Starts 11th May, each Monday until 22nd June (excluding 25th May) at Collage Arts, 4 Coburg Road N22 6UJ.
