Join us this Sunday at Grovelands Park for a refreshing wellness walk in what is expected to be beautiful sunny weather – through peaceful tree-lined paths, open green spaces, and tranquil natural surroundings filled with birdsong and fresh air. It will be a relaxed and invigorating stroll with good company and a coffee stop along the way, so please bring sun protection and plenty of water in order to stay comfortable and well hydrated while enjoying the outdoors.
