These terms explain how Haringey Circle (“we”, “us”) provides services,
memberships and events. By using our website, becoming a member, volunteering or
attending events, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Haringey Circle is a community-led initiative supporting adults aged 50+ to live
active, independent lives. Registered company 12867298. Charity number 1207578.
Registered office: Tottenham Town Hall, Town Hall Approach Road, London N15 4RX.

2. Using our website

  • Content is provided for general information only. We try to keep it accurate and
    up to date but cannot guarantee it is error-free.
  • You must not use the site for unlawful purposes, to transmit malware or to infringe
    copyright or privacy.
  • Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

3. Membership

  • Membership is available to adults 50+ living in Haringey, or people who care for or
    support someone who does.
  • Some activities are free; others may have a small cost to cover materials/venues.
  • You agree to behave respectfully towards staff, volunteers and other members.

4. Events & activities

  • Details (time, location, accessibility and cost) are shown on the event listing.
    We may occasionally need to change or cancel events; if so we’ll notify registered attendees.
  • You are responsible for your own health and safety and should follow any guidance from
    our team or venue staff.

5. Payments, refunds & cancellations

  • Where a fee applies, you’ll see the amount and payment method at booking.
  • If we cancel an event, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund of fees paid to us.
  • If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer your place
    to someone else.

6. Safeguarding & conduct

We are committed to creating safe, welcoming activities. We may refuse participation or end
membership where behaviour risks the safety or wellbeing of others.

7. Privacy

We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy notice.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we
are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or services.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The latest version will always be published on this page.
