About This Event:
Alexander Technique with Tanya is back for a second series, offering a new opportunity for anyone who missed the first launch or is now curious to try. The Alexander Technique Alexander Technique is a gentle, practical approach that uses a series of guided exercises and awareness practices to support improved posture, reduce muscular tension, and encourage more ease and efficiency in everyday movement.
This time we are in a new venue: Wolves Lane Centre, Wolves Ln, London N22 5JD, with sessions running on Tuesdays from 11:30am–12:30pm on 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th June. Please note that, there is a suggested contribution of £5 per session, payable directly to Tanya. We look forward to welcoming members wanting to learn how to use this fascinating method.
