Weekly Quiz Night

Every Monday, 7pm to 8pm — Online.

Join us for a night of fun, laughter and friendly competition at our weekly Monday quiz night. Test your knowledge on a host of topics, from history and science to pop culture and sports — all hosted online so you can get involved from the comfort of your own home.

Nordic Walking at Bruce Castle Park

Every Monday 11:00am to 11:45am

The Pavilion Sports and Cafe, Bruce Castle Park Pavilion, Bruce Castle Park, Lordship Ln, London N17 8NJ

James, our friendly and trained Nordic walking guide, will lead the way through a fun and energetic 30–45 minute walk, helping you improve your posture, strength, and overall fitness. You’ll also get to enjoy the stunning natural surroundings of the park while boosting your health!

Coffee Drop In at the Bruce Castle Cafe

Every Monday 11:30am to 1:30pm

If you’d like to speak with us in person, we will be hosting drop-in sessions in The Pavilion cafe at Bruce Castle.

Our members will be at the café in Bruce Castle from 11.30am to 1.30pm (post-nordic walking) every Monday morning to hear your thoughts, come along and speak to us!

Spanish Classes

Every Tuesday 5pm to 6pm

Online (Zoom) starting soon!

Would you like to learn Spanish in a relaxed and fun environment? Join our Social Activity Coordinator Julia for Spanish classes every Tuesday afternoon from 5pm to 6pm via Teams online, we provide the link every week.

The class will be hosted online with a fun course every 6 weeks to practise what the class has learned in a real-life environment!

Line Dancing

Every Wednesday
10:30am to 11:30am (advanced) with £ donation to cover costs and 12pm to 1pm (beginners)

Join us for lively and engaging line dancing sessions! Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, line dancing is a brilliant form of exercise that helps improve balance, coordination, and fitness. Plus, it’s a great way to meet new people, enjoy some music, and have a laugh while getting your steps in.

Join us in a gentle space where friendships begin, ideas are shared, and everyone is valued. There is no agenda and no pressure, only the chance to enjoy good company, light-hearted conversation, and perhaps share a story or two over a cup of tea or coffee, and it is right next to Wood Green station!

Coffee & Chat is about connection, creativity, and community, all supported by hot drinks, delicious food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Be part of this supportive and inspiring community.

Seated Exercise with Candy

Candy’s seated exercise class is designed for everyone, regardless of age or mobility level. This engaging and low-impact program helps improve circulation, muscle strength, and flexibility without putting strain on joints, strength, and overall well-being, all while seated!

Join us on our weekly walks every Sunday, starting at 11.30am. We explore a different route each week, with the Walthamstow Wetlands, Alexandra Palace Park, and Parkland Walk being some of our favourites.

If there’s a route you would like to explore, write in and let us know!

All of our walks are designed to be accessible for people of all abilities. Our walks are usually an hour and a half long with optional turning-back points for people who would prefer a shorter route.
