Haringey Circle re-launches as a registered charity
Haringey Circle has re-launched as independent charity, offering free membership to over 50s in Haringey and those with disabilities who are over 18.
Our plans
In the coming months we will be building our membership base, whilst developing a range of activities for members, undertaking research to better understand the situation of over 50’s and those with disabilities in the borough, and working hard to call out and challenge ageism and disability discrimination to build an Age and Disability Friendly community in the Haringey.
We will continue to help and support our members to actively connect with others at local, neighbourhood and borough level, enabling them to live fulfilling, active and independent lives.
As we transition, we will Involve our members so that they are active participants in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of the services we offer.
